Villa Elisia - Villa with Private Pool in Residence with Sea Descent The space Villa Elisia is located inside a residence with private beach with breathtaking views of Mount Etna, a small corner of paradise overlooking the turquoise sea of Brucoli Bay and equipped with every comfort. The complex is equipped with sports facilities, green areas, spaces dedicated to children and is a few steps away from the beautiful sea of Brucoli, in a strategic location between Catania and Syracuse. Internal: The first room is a modern, bright and cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a window door overlooking the pergola overlooking the pool. Continuing from the living room, there is a large double room with air conditioning, TV, clothing rack and window door. Later is the bedroom with sofa bed (which allows the accommodation of two single beds or a double bed), TV, air conditioning and window door. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside: Villa Elisia has a very large outdoor space. From the kitchen window door you access the pergola furnished with table, chairs and outdoor sofa where you can relax. In front of the pergola is the modern swimming pool with a small beach around which extends the lawn equipped with four comfortable deckchairs, sun umbrellas and shower. The rest of the exterior is an expanse of white pebbles decorated with two large oases of local plants. The house also has a private parking space. The villa is located in a strategic location in fact it is 20 minutes from Fontana Rossa airport, 30 minutes from Catania and Syracuse, 45 minutes from the baroque city of Noto and 1 hour from Etna volcano and worldly Taormina. A 5-minute drive away is the town center of Brucoli, which is a particularly ideal destination for those who love the rocks and snorkel. On the main street of the village there are several restaurants and bars where you can take panoramic aperitifs from which you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and Etna CHECK-IN CONDITIONS: 1.
