The complex is equipped with sports facilities, green areas, spaces dedicated to children and is a short walk from the beautiful sea of Brucoli, in a strategic position between Catania and Syracuse. Interior: The first room is a modern, bright and cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a French window overlooking the pergola with a view of the pool. Continuing from the living room, there is a large double bedroom with air conditioning, TV, clothes rack and French window. Further on is the bedroom with a sofa bed (which allows the accommodation of two single beds or a double bed), TV, air conditioning and French window. Finally, there is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside: Villa Elisia has a very large outdoor space. From the French window of the kitchen you can access the pergola furnished table, chairs and outdoor sofa where you can relax. In front of the pergola is the modern swimming pool with a small beach around which extends the lawn equipped with four comfortable deckchairs, sun umbrellas and a shower. The rest of the exterior consists of an expanse of white pebbles decorated with two large oases of plants typical of the area. The house also has a private parking space. The villa is located in a strategic position: it is 20 minutes from Fontana Rossa airport, 30 minutes from Catania and Syracuse, 45 minutes from the baroque city of Noto and 1 hour from the Etna volcano and the fashionable Taormina. A 5-minute drive away is the center of the village of Brucoli, which is a particularly ideal destination for those who love rocks and snorkeling. In the main street of the village there are several restaurants and bars where you can have panoramic aperitifs from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and Etna CHECK-IN CONDITIONS: 1.
