This brand new studio with private sauna makes your holiday in Egmond aan Zee unique! The studio is located less than 100m from the beach and offers everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The large private sauna with relaxation area ensures that you can relax completely. Whether it's winter or summer, this house is 100% suitable for a wonderful holiday at all times! The space This brand new stylish and cosily furnished house is suitable for 2 persons. It is also possible to travel with a baby up to 2 years old, we have a free baby cot available. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a combi oven, Senseo machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower and toilet. The bedroom on the top (1st) floor is beautifully light through the double skylights (great in the summer) and has a brand new double bed. You can also use the spacious terrace. Completely private. But what makes this property so unique is that it has a large (brand new) private sauna adjacent to the house. This is entirely for your own use. The sauna is wood-fired and you can also use the wood that is waiting for you during your stay. After a wonderful round of sauna you can relax in the lying area where you will find two sun beds and look at the sun or the stars under the skylight. The sauna also has a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. In short, everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay. Guest access The guests have access to all areas of the house. The house has its own entrance and a private terrace. The sauna is adjacent to the house and is also only for the private use of our guests. Other things to note The studio has 1 parking permit. Parking is digital in Egmond. Guests must provide us with their license plate number and the costs are 5 euros per day. 3 days before arrival, the guest will receive the code for the key box for check-in. We will not be present in person, but we will be available in case of emergency. Guests must pay the tourist tax €2.10 p.p.p.n. and pay the parking fee in cash during their stay.
