Guest access We invite you to freely enjoy all areas of the apartment, except for a locked room at the entrance of the house in the main corridor, reserved for our team to guarantee you the best service. Thank you for your understanding and have a good stay! It is forbidden to move furniture and throw cigarette butts out of the window or terrace/garden. ⚡️ Electricity consumption: Do not use more than one appliance at the same time that exceeds a total of 6 kW, otherwise the power could go out, as this is the maximum power of the house. 🌡️ Heating: The temperature is managed with a manual thermostat, located in the hallway of the house and in each room. Do not lower the A/C temperature below 21°C, as the system may go into lockout. 🪜Stairs: To reach the entrance door of the apartment, you will have to walk two flights of stairs, as it is located on the top floor of the building. There are also steps inside the house, to reach the kitchen area, the reading corner and the garden. 💡Lights in the hallway of the building: We inform you that immediately beyond the entrance door, on the left, there is a switch with the inscription 'Vescovo' to turn on the lights of the corridor of the building. 🧺 Laundry Area: The washing machine is located going to the kitchen, on the left of the stairs. The neighborhood: We are in a strategic and convenient area, with typical restaurants, bars, artisan bakeries, shops and wineries within walking distance, in the historic center of Montepulciano. An ideal starting point to explore the entire city. You are not allowed to enter or travel within the ZTL by car if you are not a resident. We recommend parking in the parking lots outside the city's ZTL areas. All parking spaces outside the ZTL area have free spaces (white stripes) or paid spaces (blue stripes), you pay directly in the parking totem, rules, times and prices are written on the appropriate parking signs.
