This ground floor villa, situated in a peaceful urbanised area, is just minutes away from the golden beaches of Calpe, surrounded by delightful restaurants, supermarkets, shops and entertainment venues. Furthermore, we invite you to explore the fascinating natural park of Peñón d'Ifach and discover its hidden gems, such as the picturesque coves of Cala Alga, Manzanera, among others. The house is divided into two cosy rooms. The main room has a bright living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A cosy double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower complete this space. A cosy porch invites you to enjoy reading or sipping a glass of wine in a quiet environment. The second room has a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Although the house is not air-conditioned, the fans ensure a cool and pleasant stay. Casa Golondrina is distinguished by its beautiful and spacious garden, adorned with flowers and fruit trees. The private swimming pool and garden furniture offer an idyllic place to relax and enjoy to the fullest. A charming little wooden house, ideal for children's games or quiet evenings, adds a special touch to the surroundings. In addition, the house has a portable barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining, and a pet friendly house. The outdoor parking inside the property provides comfort and security. Guest access The collection of keys will take place in our office located in Plaza Benimarco,3, Benissa, Alicante next to the Restaurant Cañis. Other things to note Upon arrival, a block of 300 euros will be placed on your card as a deposit. · For sanitary reasons, salt, oil, pepper and chopsticks are not provided. Optional services - Pet: Price: 7.15 € per day. - Extra beds: Price: 21.45 € per day. - Cot and high chair: Price: 5.00 € per day. - Breakfast pack for 2: Price: 35.00 € per reservation. For stays equal to or less than 10 days will be considered tourist housing - Tourism contract. For stays longer than 10 days will be considered seasonal rental according to Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, having to sign seasonal rental contract.
