Guest access You have access to the house and entire property to include the garage with the exception of clearly marked off with Caution tape an area for Owner storage. Other things to note Please do not leave any food or trash outside or attempt to feed the local wildlife. Deer, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, rabbits and occasional bears frequent the area. As this property is in the country bordering woods there is always a chance of some unwanted visitors ie mice that will venture inside.
