The apartment, all sunny, is located in the charming Residence of Cala Piccola, in the Argentario, one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Tuscany. We are in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis, immersed between the blue sea, the song of the seagulls, the sound of the wind..... And the view from our terrace is indescribable... There are 2 independent entrances. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a terrace, ADSL, 2 parking spaces, pool entrances and a beach equipped for 4 people. The space The apartment is 85 square meters with a terrace of about 20 square meters overlooking the sea. The living area includes the kitchen equipped with everything you need (no dishwasher), a dining table and a comfortable sofa (bed) with a TV. We have 3 bedrooms: a small single room (also with a bunk bed), a lovely double bedroom with a French-sized bed (140 cm), and a large, bright double bedroom (plus a sofa bed) with a terrace overlooking the sea. 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The 20-square-meter terrace, which is accessible from both the living and sleeping areas, is comfortably usable with a dining table and a small barbecue, and there are 2 comfortable deck chairs on which to sunbathe and relax. The view is wonderful; opposite is the island of Giglio (1 hour by ferry), and behind that is the small island of Monte Cristo. You can enjoy the sun all day, until it disappears behind the island of Elba, offering beautiful sunsets every evening. The house is cozy, bright, functional, and very comfortable. The white and turquoise of the interior extend to the blue of the sea. Breaking away from daily stress and regenerating in this environment and in this house, with the green of our Mediterranean scrub, the blue of the sea and the orange of the sunsets, will leave a beautiful mark and an unforgettable memory of this vacation. The price includes: water, electricity, air conditioning, ADSL, 2 parking spaces, a shuttle bus, access for 4 to the beautiful infinity pool, access for 4 to the beach club (with bar and restaurant), 1 beach umbrella, 2 deck chairs, and 1 air mattress. Guests are kindly requested, upon their departure, to leave the kitchen (dishes, fridge, etc.) clean and tidy as they found it.
