The apartment, all in solatio, is located in the charming Residence of Cala Piccola, at the Argentario, one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Tuscany. We are in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, immersed in the blue sea, the singing of seagulls, the sound of the wind..... And the view from our terrace is indescribable ... There are 2 independent entrances. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living terrace, Adsl, 2 p.auto, swimming pool entrances and equipped beach for 4 people. The space The apartment is 85 square meters with a terrace with sea view of about 20 square meters. The living area includes the kitchen equipped with everything you need (no dishwasher) dining table and comfortable sofa (bed) with TV. We have 3 rooms :a small single room (also with bunk bed) ,a very nice French double room (140 cm bed),and a large and bright double room (plus sofa bed ) with terrace on the sea. 1 bathroom with shower stall, with washing machine, and 1 bathroom with shower. The 20-square-meter terrace, which is accessed from both the living and sleeping area, is comfortably habitable with dining table and small barbecue, and there are 2 comfortable deck chairs on which to sunbathe and relax. The view is wonderful ; in front of it is the Giglio Island, ( 1 hour by ferry),behind this, the small Island of Monte Cristo You enjoy the sun all day,until it disappears behind the Island of Elba,giving every evening wonderful sunsets. The house is cozy, bright and functional, very comfortable. The white and turquoise of the interior extend to the blue of the sea. Detach yourself from the daily stress,regenerate in this environment and in this house ,with the greenery of our Mediterranean scrub,the blue of the sea and the orange of the sunsets,will leave a beautiful sign and an unforgettable memory of this vacation. The price includes: water,electricity, air conditioning, ADSL, 2 parking spaces, shuttle bus, access for 4 to the beautiful infinity pool,access x 4 to the bathhouse (with bar and restaurant), 1 umbrella 2 deckchairs 1 mattress . Laundry upon request (€18.00 per person). 30% upon reservation. Balance and cleaning €80 to be paid on site. Guest access Entry for 4 people to the panoramic pool shared with the hotel , entrance to the bathing establishment for 4 people with 1 umbrella, 2 deck chairs and 1 mattress. In the cove there is both the bar and the restaurant . Other things to note House linen are upon request, € 18.00 per person to be paid on site. We kind guests, when they leave, to leave clean and tidy as they found it, the kitchen (dishes, fridge, etc.) Please do not use too noisy clogs or footwear because other people live underneath.
