Welcome to our spacious and stylish 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Prague - New Town district! Our apartment is the perfect choice for those who want to experience the best of the city due to its fantastic central location - just a short walk away from Prague's Old Town main attractions! Many exquisite restaurants, homey bars and lovely bistros and cafes! This lovely place sleeps up to 7 people and is best suited for families or groups of friends. The space The apartment features two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each with a double-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a modern bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a comfortable sofa, the other one another single bed. In the flat you will find: > Two comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, > One bedroom features a cozy sofa, while the other offers an additional single bed. > A fairly equipped kitchenette in one of the bedrooms, > basic Appliances and utensils > TV > High-speed wifi > Washer is provided free of charge for your convenience. > Explore the city on foot, with top attractions, restaurants, and bars just a stone's throw away. Considerate Living: Please note that the hallway is shared, so we kindly ask you to be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise levels down Guest access The apartment is completely private. Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee. In case of cancellation, please understand that this transaction fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding! Kindly note that arrivals after 23:00 will incur a fee of 500CZK + VAT. Alternatively, you can choose an option for a self-check-in through our secure central location. Lastly, please keep in mind that in case of a last-minute booking just before the start of your stay, there is a possibility that the check-in process might take a little bit longer since we do our check-ins personally. However, we want to assure you that our utmost priority is to ensure your check-in is conducted promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances. Please note that there is ECO water heater which means that hot water will runs for limited period of time and then needs little time to heat up again approx 1-1.5hrs. Also, please note that the hallway is shared and thus we kindly ask you to be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise levels down.
