A detached villa located in the heart of nature, surrounded by pine trees and less than 100 m from an extremely secluded beach with clean water. Distance to Macedonia Airport (Thessaloniki) 95 km. The space Villa Stadi has an original architectural layout with several levels: • On the 1st level there is a common recreation area, a living room with comfortable furniture and a TV, a kitchen with a dining room, air conditioning. Two exits to the level; • On the second level: the main entrance, sink and toilet, a place designed for office work, with an additional sleeping place (wall bed for 1 guest), air conditioning; • On the 3rd level: a small area with a folding sofa (additional space for 1 guest), and an open terrace with a barbecue with a beautiful sea view; • On the lower floor are located: Bedroom №1 with a large double bed (air conditioning), a separate exit from the house; Bedroom №2 with two single beds that can be used both separately and together, and a wardrobe; Bedroom №3 with a bunk bed and a wardrobe, air conditioning. Large bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and separate shower only; Section with washing machine.
