Exclusive villa with swimming pool equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 6 people and immersed in the peaceful countryside of Ostuni. The location is convenient for reaching the enchanting marina and its beaches, located just 20 minutes away by car, while the center of Ostuni is 15 minutes away by car. Also close to the property is the entrance to the provincial road to quickly reach the other unmissable towns in the area such as Fasano, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Monopoli. The space The villa of about 100 sqm has a large garden with swimming pool (5 steps to access it) with sun loungers and a patio equipped with tables and chairs. The swimming pool is open from mid-June to the end of September. The internal space is made up as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave - Living room with sofa and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - Bedroom/living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV and small kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box. Parking spaces available inside the gate of the villa. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine outside the villa, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B.: the keys are located in a safety deposit box which opens with a code. Instructions will be provided upon check-in. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
