Welcome to the Seenland. In 10-15 minutes you can reach our popular lakes, Lake Murner and Lake Steinberg. Lake Steinberg offers a lot of fun, with its water ski facility, the adventure mini golf, as well as the wooden ball and much more. A Go kart track is about 15 minutes away, towards Lake Murner. Do you prefer an outdoor swimming pool? No problem, it can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There is a restaurant in the village. The space Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of a 2-family house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a single bed (-> the single bed is more suitable for children) and another double bed – ideal for families or groups. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and bathtub. If you need a high chair or a storage space for bicycles, please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for you. Other things to note > All leisure facilities/activities, as well as the lakes, are located outside the property but nearby. There is no balcony or garden belonging to the apartment. -> The single bed is intended more for children/adolescents than for adults. Pet: 1 dog is allowed. Please do not leave it unattended in the apartment. For hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in bed or on the couch. We own a medium-sized well-behaved dog and live in the house. Washer/dryer: The use of the equipment is only possible from a 2-week stay! The devices are not freely accessible. They are located in our private basement. Therefore, washing is only possible by prior arrangement & not always guaranteed. Fees for use must be paid locally. For SHORTER STAYS, we regret to inform you that NO washing facilities are available.
