It is a complete apartment located on the third floor of the house. It has a living room with a smart TV with internet connection; a full kitchen with utensils and appliances. One of the rooms has a double bed, a wardrobe and a small armchair. The other room has a double bed and a sofa bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has hot water. The spaces have a ceiling fan, but if you prefer air conditioning we can offer that service for an extra cost of $10 per night. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the airport. The apartment is about 20 minutes away from Downtown Lima, major shopping center, and two blocks away restaurants. The apartment has ceiling fans, but we can also offer portable air conditioning service for an extra cost of $10 per day. Guest access The apartment has independent access. Other things to note At check-in, we ask for identification from each person, and we do not allow visitors or people not listed on the reservation to enter.
