The space This charming one-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor and features a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, ideal for accommodating an extra guest or a child. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a pleasant and cool atmosphere throughout the space, no matter the season. The apartment boasts a modern and open layout, offering plenty of room to relax, work, or entertain. Expansive windows flood the interior with natural light and provide stunning views from virtually every corner of the unit. Step out onto the front balcony, where you can unwind with a book or a coffee, or simply soak in the tranquil surroundings. If you prefer basking in the sun, head down to the pool area. Guest access Guests will have to themselves the entire apartment, however, the pool is on the third level and it is shared with registered guest on the second level two bedroom apartment. Apartamento Carey has preference on the use of the pool, but, if a registered guest wants to book two hour use of the pool, we will notify guests staying at Carey. After 8:30pm the rooftop pool is exclusively for guests at Carey. Other things to note We are walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. But, also, many places have deliveries services. To access the local transportation you can walk south to the Central Park or north to the highway, both ways the walking time shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes. Really safe to walk.
