Privacy in the rooms and relax, fun and conviviality in comfortable spaces. The space There are 5 apartments each with 2-rooms. Situated in Cannara, in the middle of the Umbrian hills, the apartments are close to the medieval towns of Assisi, Spello and Bevagna. Each apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable rustic style, equipped with bed, bath, kitchen linens and TV. Each one of the 3 apartments on the ground-floor has a private outdoor space furnished with table, chairs and sunchairs. The 2 apartments on the first floor share a shadowed terrace in the garden furnished with tables and chairs. Rental of the entire house is available for family reunions or a friends' getaway. If you wish to have the exclusive availability of the house, please enter 10 guests. Of course each apartment can be rented separately as they all have a private entrance. A large dining room with kitchen for 10 or more is available in a separate dépendance next to the pool. An outdoor area is available for al fresco dining . There is a lot to see and do in the surrounding areas if you are up for it, and peace and quiet if you are prefer some chill time. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, bbq area, children’s playground area, table tennis, laundry and wi-fi. For nature lovers there are plenty of paths, fields and woods nearby for walks. You can hire nearby mountain-bikes to explore the surroundings. There are several good wineries in Bevagna and Montefalco to visit, and many restaurants to taste the local regional cuisine. We are happy to help book wineries, restaurants and scooter outings. A carriage ride through the vineyards is available at a nearby winery. A quad ride or a rafting excursion along the Nera river if you are people of adventure are also available. Our location is the perfect base to explore the region. Perugia is 30 mins by car while Assisi is just 15 mins. Rome and Florence are 1 hour 30 mins by train. The closest railway stations are Assisi (10 km) and Foligno (12 km). A car is recommended. You can begin your day with our genuine breakfast with homemade and local fresh products. Please book breakfast before arrival (not included in the rental price). Other things to note The owners will be on location for maintenance and cleaning issues . Guests have to pay an admission rate for the wellness area's treatments: massage beds, biosauna, jacuzzi and relaxing herbal tea corner.
