The entrance area offers space for wardrobe and shoes and leads into a spacious living and dining area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and maritime flair. This is with a comfortable sofa and 2 lounge chairs incl. Foot stools are equipped. A 50 inch 4K HDR, led screen with internet/Smart TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system, various games, audio books, DVDs, CDs and reading material are available for your entertainment. From the seating area in the living room and from the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the view of the water and the boats passing by. The sun accompanies you from morning until afternoon. The kitchen is comfortably furnished with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, filter coffee machine, Senseo pod machine, tea maker, hand blender and kitchen helper. On the same level there is a bedroom with a double bed (size of the mattresses each 2m x 0.90 m), as well as a bathroom with shower (low entrance), toilet, washing machine, stool and hairdryer. Iron, ironing board, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner are located in the storage room. A staircase leads from the living area to a small gallery, with desk, shelf and a sleeping place. Here you can arrange home office with your vacation if necessary. Separated by wall and door, another spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 leather swing armchairs, internet/smart TV, stereo system, wardrobe and chest of drawers is available. On request, 1 high chair and a travel cot are available for free. The windows are provided with pleats, screens and the bedrooms with electric external blinds, or with black-out blinds. In winter, the underfloor heating in the living and dining area, in the bathroom and in the bedroom provides cozy warmth. A radiator is connected in the upper part of the apartment. To meet today's ecological standard, the windows have triple glazing, as well as the whole building has solar panels for domestic water heating. Through the outdoor area you have access to a shared jetty. You can water your own bun here. Free Wi-Fi (local registration required). A car parking space and a lockable garden hut, with light and charging option for your bikes/e-bikes, belong to the apartment.
