Arrive, sit down and have a refreshment! The spacious and open spruce kitchen on the ground floor welcomes you. In the light-flooded living and dining area, also on the ground floor, you can relax on the cozy sofa and enjoy the flickering fire in the tiled stove in the cold months. In the summer months, our lovingly planted garden - small but nice - will delight you with tables and chairs under the awning and a rustic stone garden. At any time of the year you can enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains from here - including our landmark: the Watzmann. On the first floor there are three cozy bedrooms, two of which have access to the spacious balcony. Enjoy a morning coffee here and start your vacation day with a view of the breathtaking Alpine panorama. On the 2nd floor there is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, in the basement there is the second small bathroom with a shower and toilet, another toilet can be found on the ground floor. Another large refrigerator is available in the basement – if you need more storage space for food and drinks. Three private parking spaces at the property and free Wi-Fi complete the comfort.
