Washer, Wifi, a very ventilated, well located, safe condominium (24-hour concierge), electric fence and monitoring, family condominium. Adult and children's pools, playgrounds, barbecues, parking, etc. The space Easy and quick access to the parking lot (two spaces at the apartment door) , swimming pools and other areas of the condominium. Guest access Two swimming pools (adults and children), playground, soccer field (children). Hours of operation for these areas: from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Other things to note - We do not provide bath or face towels. - Absolute silence after 10 p.m. - When leaving the apartment, please tidy up. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - Food and drink are prohibited in the pool area.
