Combined laundry, bathroom & toilet easily accessible from pool area & 4th bedroom. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This propertry is set up as 4 separate bedrooms - pavillian style. The correct cost when booking is per room for a maximum of 8 guests. Base price is for 2 guests and the master bedroom, each additional room is $40 per night/ per room. eg If you want to book 2 rooms you need to enter 4 guests, 3 rooms 6 guests. To book the whole house - 4 rooms enter 8 guests, total charge will be $570 per night plus the airbnb fee. Please Note: The management fee is airbnb charge. this will be exempt for direct bookings.
