The space The renovated and bright old building apartment in a listed Art Deco building (built in 1924) was furnished in Scandinavian style and Nordic themes and awaits you with great facilities. On the private parking lot directly in front of the building you can comfortably park your car and then quickly get to the apartment on the 2nd floor. You can expect a 100m² 4-room apartment with three bedrooms and a cozy living room with real old floorboards and box windows. The kitchen with a large dining table for 6 people invites you to socialize. In addition, there is a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower - stylishly laid out with Solnhofen tiles - as well as a separate toilet. You can start your day with delicious coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this historic apartment. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable in the hanging chair and put your feet up. The electric fireplace next to it creates an especially cozy atmosphere. You can end the evening with an exciting movie or an entertaining series. There are also two working desks with high-speed Internet.
