By car, you can reach Düsseldorf Trade Fair & Airport in just 30 minutes, and Venlo (NL) in 20 minutes. The space The accommodation is spread over a total of 12 rooms, including 7 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 1 common room, 3 bathrooms, and 2 guest WCs. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a large table, a living area of approximately 70 sqm, and other communal areas with sleeping options provide comfortable accommodation for over 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. The covered terrace invites you to grill and relax even in bad weather. The house also features a game room with table tennis. RENTAL CONDITIONS In der Hochsaison, von April bis Ende November, legen wir eine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer von 3 Nächten fest. One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval. A surcharge of 30% on the total booking will be applied for public holidays. Due to trade fairs, a surcharge of 50% on the total booking will be applied. Our villa is the perfect place for creative projects. Photo and video shoots are possible on request (!!!). We reserve the right to set special conditions regarding prices, minimum duration, and occupancy for peak dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, major trade fairs, etc. These may differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated upon request. We hope for your understanding. The property is monitored externally by video (only the entrances to the house). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated. Please inform your group accordingly. The number of guests indicated at the time of booking is the confirmed number used by us for calculation purposes. If the number of arriving guests exceeds the original number, we ask for an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
