Surrounded by nature and close to the lake, is the large property with two terraces. Nearby are shops serving everyday needs, such as a supermarket or gas station. Larger cities can be reached easily by car in a short time for day trips or activities. The space We are happy to welcome you to Broakulla. What to expect in the house: through the main entrance you enter the entrance area and into the hallway. To the left is the first living room with a large couch corner and an extendable dining table (up to 12 people). From the dining table and hallway there is a passage to the spacious kitchen with a dining area for four people and a wonderful view into the garden/forest. To the right of the kitchen is the bathtub and further to the right come the two master bedrooms and the children's room. The stairs in the hallway lead down to the large fireplace/recreation room. This room is the most popular room of our cottage due to its cozy seating right in front of the fireplace, a large corner couch, the pool/air hockey table and the dart board. From here there are three doors, one leads through the laundry room to the fourth bedroom. Behind the other is the toilet in the basement and the last door leads to the wellness area. There is the relaxation room with two relaxation loungers, a cozy sauna and a large shower. Behind the wellness area is the fifth bedroom. Through the pantry where the barbecue and garden toys are located, you enter the garage. Guest access You can use the entire house all to yourself. Other things to note Excursion destinations The nearest major towns are Emmaboda, Lessebo, Nybro, Tingsryd, Växjö, Kalmar, Karlskrona, Öland. Here in Broakulla there are also beautiful hiking trails in the woods. The swimming lake can be found at the campsite and in winter there is an illuminated cross-country skiing trail. The surrounding streets invite you to hike and cycle, there are many destinations that can be reached by bike, and you can discover many things in the small side streets. In the wider area there are some swimming lakes, tennis and padel tennis courts, playgrounds, golf courses, ski lifts, cross-country skiing trails, elk parks and shopping.
