Stay in the block that is always the most wanted in the city, especially for the new year party, carnival and the megashows (Rolling Stones, Madonna, Lady Gaga..)! The apartment is far from communities, in a well-policed area, 150 meters from the Cardeal Arcoverde subway station. It is possible to park in public spaces (Rodolfo Dantas, Duvivier, Ministro Viveiros de Castro, Avenida Atlântica, etc.). There are some private parking possibilities nearby, the closest being CopaPark, which is 50 meters from the property and usually offers discounts for periods longer than one night. We highlight that the most affordable is the Apark370 parking lot (Rua Barata Ribeiro 370), approximately 700 m away. The presence of the homeless population may bother those who are not used to it, however, it is more a social issue than a public safety one.
