It is a nice 2/2 Condo with a great sunset view . in the living room you will find a couch/sleeping bed too You will have a pool area with a bbq direct on the canal It is not far to the Cape Coral Beach area and to the Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers and Sanibel Beach. You have in few minutes Restaurants and grocery It is a quiet Condo with an own parking lot. We have here minimum rental days of 30 during the Condo rules. No pets and smoking allowed in the Condo.
