Linen and towels: Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, you will only need to BYO beach towels Children: A cot and high chair are available to hire at the house by request if needed during your stay. Please BYO linen for infant. Pets: The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. There is a $25 per pet fee. You must clean up any hair or droppings form your dog to avoid $50 cleaning fee. Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups. House Rules: No Parties allowed No smoking inside the house No loud Music anytime Neighbours must be respected at all times No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights Bookings: Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, this is negotiable pending other bookings Bond: If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $600. If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000. Schoolies have a higher bond Inclusions: Spa is cleaned and sanitised between each guest and refilled with fresh water regulary All linen and towels supplied Some pool towels supplied for spa If you stay for more than two weeks a complimentary two week clean is provided Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our guest portal has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
