The space Perched on a hill and surrounded by nature, this one-of-a-kind house feels like a peaceful sanctuary, nestled away from hustle and bustle. After a brief but steep driveway you'll find convenient ground-level parking beneath the house. You’ll find an outdoor shower, a semi-automatic washing machine, and laundry lines here for convenience. A flight of stairs leads up to an inviting open-plan living area, kitchen with cooking island , large refrigerator and necessary utilities to whip up your own meals, a balcony, bedrooms, and a bathroom, all on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a full bathroom. Relax on the balcony, soak in the sweeping views, or enjoy the comfort of air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans. Portable fans can be placed where needed . A second staircase rises to the master bedroom: a huge suite with amazing views, dedicated workspace and full bathroom. This home has high-speed fiber optic internet. Breathtaking panoramic views will captivate you from sunrise to sunset. Other things to note Arrival & Additional Information: Vehicle Access: If your vehicle isn’t 4x4, please park down the driveway. Kindly coordinate your arrival with your host so they can introduce you to the house. Pets: Please note that pets are not allowed. Safety & Essentials: Night Safety: Always use flashlights or headlamps when outdoors in the dark. What to Bring: Sunscreen, hiking shoes, light clothing, a basic first aid kit, binoculars, and any other personal essentials. Fuel & Cash: Fuel: There are NO gas stations in Punta Banco or Pavones. Be sure to fill up in Rio Claro de Golfito. Cash: There are no ATMs either—bring cash (in $ or Colones) for local expenses. (Most stores in Pavones accept credit cards.) Groceries & Dining: Groceries: If driving down, you can purchase groceries at the larger supermarket in Rio Claro de Golfito. Alternatively, there are supermarkets in Pavones. In Punta Banco, you’ll find one small, basic store and one local eatery (Soda Titiguana). A vegetable and fruit truck comes into the village twice a week.
