London wonderful Greenwich Town House

Lovely Town House with Airbnb Superhost overlooking park. Not shared during your stay. Just you and your friends.. Short 3 minutes walk to Elizabeth Line Underground, train & Thames Clipper river boat pier. Woolwich Arsenal Stations for Train and DLR metro. Whilst you rent the house, you will have the whole house.. If we are staying the house will not be rented. Fantastic for Central London, Excel, O2, Canary Wharf. Pubs,Cafes,shops. Parking for 1 Car. The space A good house to share with your family, friends or for a business trip.. where you don't want to share rooms. The entry is via a key code entry.. so no keys to loose.. Superb access to transport for all of London. Three storey Town House. Kitchen and living room on the ground floor.. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with full size showers, one with a shower over the bath. We keep one room for our use.. If we are using the house it will not be rented. The house has 11 separate beds if all the king size doubles are split into singles. Or 8 double beds if the two sofa beds in the lounge space are included. 4 King size doubles can split into single beds.. we would need to know in advance. Our maximum number of guests including children is 10.. do ask if it is a couple more. Guest access The whole house.. apart from a private loft space. This is not included in the description. Guests have the house to themselves.. if we use the house it will not be rented. We will not be there during your stay. During your stay We show you in and then let you get on with your stay. If you require information about local travel and airport transfers please ask.. but do let us know from where.. which airport etc.. Do not pre-book transfer tickets into London from an airport until you have asked.. You may add two hours and £20 to your journey. Going to London Victoria Station is not automatically the fastest way to get to us.. or anywhere else for that matter. Depending on the number of people can be cheaper to pre-book a taxi/transport compamy. If you get in a taxi to come to the house.. do be sure to give them our address and postal code.. don't just say.. take me to Greenwich. The Borough covers a large area along the river Thames.. it is about 12km long. Other things to note Although we keep a space at the house, we only use it when the house is not rented. Due to a local law.. no BBQs anywhere on the Royal Arsenal. To best protect the historical buildings.
