The space 🌿 A Home for Meaningful Moments with Family & Friends Our home was thoughtfully designed to welcome, bring people together, and help you slow down. It’s a spacious, airy house surrounded by nature, where every space invites relaxation, connection, and lasting memories. Enjoy ocean views, lush greenery, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that truly feels like home. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: two twin beds with views of the ocean and bridge Bedroom 2: four twin beds, garden view, air conditioning, and vanity with mirror Bedroom 3: one queen bed with garden view All bedrooms include closets Bedroom 4 / living space: a flexible room with a sofa bed, balcony access, ocean and garden views, and a charming mini library The home also features a lower-level living room that can be converted into a 5th sleeping area, with 3 sofas that open into up to 5 beds. This space is large, airy, air-conditioned, and includes storage, a table for games or meals, and direct views of nature. 📚 Books & Entertainment Guests have access to an eclectic collection of books for all ages, including manga, as well as a variety of board games—perfect for family time and evenings together. 🌅 Balcony & Outdoor Spaces Spacious balcony with two hammocks and ocean views Large green area in front of the lower living room, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature Expansive property where children can play freely and pets are welcome Space for volleyball, camping, and outdoor activities 🍊 Fruit Trees During fruit season, guests are welcome to enjoy fresh fruit picked directly from the trees, including persimmons, jabuticaba, lychee, acerola cherries, peaches, and plums. 🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen Large refrigerator, freezer, and air fryer Ample counter space, cabinets, dishes, and a large dining table for group meals Kitchen annex with stovetop, electric oven, washing machine, and two additional sinks 🔥 Covered Barbecue Area A covered BBQ area, perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. 🚿 Bathrooms 4 bathrooms total Showers located on the upper floor Hot water and storage cabinets 🚗 Parking Covered garage beneath the balcony Large property with space for multiple vehicles ❤️ The Experience What we love most about this home is how it naturally brings families and friends together, surrounded by nature and local culture. We kindly ask guests to take good care of the home during their stay ❤️ Guest access Access: through the main gate. On the first day, the host personally welcomes guests to give them a warm welcome and show them around the house. Note: the only areas not available for use are two bathrooms currently under renovation. The home normally offers 4 fully functional bathrooms, available for guests’ use. Other things to note Capacity: accommodates up to 15 guests • 8 in beds • 7 on comfortable sofa beds Carnival period: 5-night minimum stay. Pets: allowed upon request.
