Our Main Villa and guest suites are carved into the top of the Mountain. Each suite is air conditioned, has free parking, WIFI and large windows overlooking the Maya mountains. Toucans and other gorgeous birds right in the surrounding trees. The large pool is amazing with a quiet, mature adult atmosphere and beautiful views. The space Villa CAYO is to the jungle what Condos are to the beach. These air-conditioned, fully equipped, luxury boutique villas provide comfortable, affordable accommodations on a private 12 acre estate focused on ecotourism. Guest access Each guest has their own individual and private Guest House with a common terrace to BBQ or watch the sun set behind the Maya Mountains. It is a pleasant walk around the grounds to look at the plants and wildlife. Other things to note We can arrange tours and shuttles for you with dependable tour guides that have dependable vehicles and equipment. They will pick you up and return you to Villa Cayo at no extra cost. There is breakfast available by room service between 6:30AM and 8:30AM (earlier by special request). Requests must be in the night before. There are phones in the suites for any special requests.
