Beautiful spacious apartment at the gateway to the Spessart

Our apartment is very spacious, with a large terrace and garden for the exclusive use of our guests, an oasis to relax and unwind. The house is right on the outskirts, with just a few steps you are in the Spessart Nature Park. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling/mountain biking, walking or excursions to the Rhine-Main area. In a perfect location between pure nature and Aschaffenburg/Frankfurt, at the gateway to the Spessart ;-) The space The apartment (about 90 square meters) is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace. The entire garden is available for guests. The kitchen is very good and of high quality. You can cook and bake to your heart's content. Internet access: Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge with a minimum of 80 Mbit/s. In addition, the cellular reception is very good (min. 4G with Telekom and Vodafone). Shopping opportunities: The nearest bakery is in the village and 650 meters away REWE with a bakery and butcher counter is 800 meters away in the village. Aldi and Netto are a good 5 minutes away and in max. 10 minutes by car you are at Edeka, dm, Lidl and Fressnapf for the four-legged friends. Dining out: In the immediate vicinity there are some restaurants within walking distance, where you can dine in a rustic Bavarian style. There are other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and Aschaffenburg offers a very large and good selection for gourmets. Other things to note Sleeping options: 1) Bedroom 1: large bedroom with double bed (2 m x 2 m) (on the first floor) 2) Bedroom 2: Bedroom with 2 beds, each 1 m wide. Dogs are welcome! The property is completely fenced 1.2 m high. Your four-legged friend can walk around freely here with the request to keep the garden clean!
