We were sitting on the balcony on a sunny Sunday morning looking for a name for our new property. The sea was quiet, the waves were flat, with four shades of turquoise and blue extending out to the horizon. The beach was golden sand, just a free joggers and walkers, the crowds had not arrived yet. And my wife exclaimed “God, what a beautiful island!”. And we had our name. Beautiful island in Spanish is Isla Bella. Guest access Guests have full access to: • The entire apartment and its private balcony with ocean views. • A 25-meter freshwater pool and a children’s splash area. The building’s basketball court. • Direct access to Isla Verde Beach. • Flexible check-in any time after 3PM, and check-out by 10AM. • Keys will be provided on-site. We will supply the lock box code before guest arrival, on day of checkin. • A house book with local recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and grocery shopping is provided in the property. Taxi from the airport to the property costs approximately $20. Other things to note • Minimum age for the primary renter is 25 years. Are you under 25? Ask, you may qualify for a waiver. • We need to know our guests. So once you book, we will need from you: Contact details (phone number and email). Valid photo ID with address. Acceptance of Rental Agreement. Names and ages of all guests. • Smoking is not allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted. • No parties or excessive noise allowed— this is a residential area.
