It is a 10-minute walk along the promenade into Sandnes City center with its associated shops, center and good selection of restaurants and cultural life. Alternatively, 10 m to the nearest bus stop. The space The apartment was new in June 2023, and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room and a living room with an open kitchen solution. And the very best is the generous glazed balcony. The glazing can be opened and closed at your own request. We have free parking for you, and with an elevator you can get up to the 5th floor. Especially good Handicap parking space. One bedroom is 14 m2 and the other is 8 m2. The bathroom has toilet and shower and a combined washing machine/dryer. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Refrigerator with built-in freezer. Integrated dishwasher, stove and microwave. Both living room and balcony are comfortably furnished with sofa and table and chairs. You will feel comfortable and good staying with us. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourselves during the entire stay. Other things to note We have a small 15-foot boat with 40 horsepower lying on the jetty right by the apartment. From here you can easily get to great fishing areas. You can even drive the boat all the way to the Lysefjord if desired, where you can see the Preikestolen from below.
