It is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a Weber gas grill. The optional private sauna with shower and lounge area in the basement of the residential building can be used upon request. The apartment has a large bedroom with a direct walk-in closet or office room, another bedroom, and an open living room with a kitchen and dining area. All rooms are flooded with natural light, bright, and furnished with high-quality real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating. Each room has individually adjustable temperature control. A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, glasses, pots, and utensils is available. The following appliances can be used: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee capsule machine, sandwich maker, and kettle. A bottle of mineral water per couple and coffee & milk for a first delicious cappuccino are included for our guests. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. A flat-screen TV with Netflix and free high-speed Wi-Fi are also available. This apartment is especially child- and family-friendly. The garden features a ground-level trampoline, a covered sandbox, and a small playhouse. A baby crib, high chair, and child-friendly toys are also provided. The key handover takes place directly on-site or via a key box. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay. Cleaning during your stay can also be booked for an extra charge. Before check-in, a registration form must be completed. We have installed a minute decibel meter that measures the sound level in the apartment, as parties and similar activities are not permitted. The device complies with all legal requirements and does not record any audio.
