We have created an open and modern living area on two floors and 140 m², which offers you plenty of space to relax. We have selected the furnishings of the apartment with a lot of love for detail so that we too would feel comfortable and at home. On the lower floor, the spacious living and dining area is the central point of the apartment. From here you have access to the balcony, which offers a great view of the Harz foothills. Ambitious amateur chefs will also enjoy the kitchen equipment. The kitchen area is open plan and connects directly to the living area. This way you can spend wonderful time together, even if not all family members feel called to cook and perhaps some prefer to relax on the couch with a movie until the food is on the table. We are particularly proud of the bathroom. It is equipped with a large corner bathtub and a separate shower, making it an ideal place to relax after a long trip and prepare for the evening. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms. Access to the stairs can be locked with a door in the upper area. This was particularly important to us in order to protect our little guests from missteps. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and the children's room with lots of toys, there is also an additional toilet in the upper area. Our apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and thus offers the best comfort!
