The space This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom/ bathroom first story condo with 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed in the living room, 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom. The condo is centrally located near ih10 and Huebner. Short drive/ walk from main restaurants, attractions, bars and much more! You will have the basic amenities included here and access to the beautiful blue pool just steps away from our back patio! The sun is hot, the water is cool; so feel free to enjoy the pool! If you can't handle the hot Texas sun, get ready to jump in. Don't forget your swimsuit! Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire condo and all amenities listed. Community pool, coffee, tea, clean linens, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cable and super fast wifi! Other things to note Don't forget your parking pass when you arrive, it will be hanging on the Key Holder inside the condo. Parking passes are MANDATORY and ensure that you will always have a spot. All Uncovered Parking spots are available for our guests as well as spot # 52. We hope you enjoy your time off and relax. We do want to remind you we have STRICT rules and consequences for violating our guidelines, please keep them in mind: • ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES to be held at this condo. Violation of this will result on asking guest to leave with no reimbursement plus a $200 dollar penalty fee • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of tobacco inside the condo or in the enclosed patio. You can smoke tobacco outside the condo. If this is violated you will be subject to a $100 dollar smoke damage fee. • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of marihuana, crack or use of ANY other illegal drugs (injections, pills etc) inside the condo, in the enclosed patio or outside the condo. Violation of this will result on filing a police report (for illegal drugs), asking guest to leave with no reimbursement plus a $300 dollar violation fee.
