You can make daily excursions to Attica and the Peloponnese. It is 3 minutes from the suburban railway station, you can arrive directly from the airport. The space Very warm and welcoming space, ideal for rest and relaxation. This is our family's holiday home, which is fully equipped with everything a family may need, even with a baby. It is a classic house of the area, from the 70s, very recently renovated with modern items, but with many retro elements and a visible wooden roof, which maintain the nostalgia for the past, giving a vintage aesthetic. The house is located on a large plot full of trees and greenery, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The entrance is through the 30sqm elevated veranda from where one can enjoy the view of the sea. The ground floor consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen, two very bright bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bedroom with the two single beds there is also a baby crib. The attic, the third bedroom that can sleep 4 people, has its own bathroom. There are air conditioners and fans throughout the house. At the back of the living room there is a second wooden deck- veranda which is ideal for having breakfast in the cool. In 10 minutes on foot you are at the sea while the suburban railway station is only 3 minutes on foot. You can easily visit Athens, Piraeus, Isthmus and Ancient Corinth, Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus and many sights around. It is also an ideal choice for families (or groups) whose member works in Athens and commutes daily (in just 40 minutes). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. There are many steps in the property and it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. There is a way to isolate the stairs for safety in case of small children who have just started walking. Other things to note The house is our own cottage, which we use normally, it is a house that we love and care for and has our personal belongings - which of course are isolated. There's room in the closets for guests. All equipment (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) can be used by you normally, but I would ask for the attention and care of all items.
