Fully equipped kitchen, private terrace with table & chairs that overlook treetops & gardens. Pool The space Villas Bellavista is a property with eight furnished houses. This house, “Villa Las Palmas” has two sleeping areas separated by glass and red cedar French doors. The enclosed terrace bedroom has a view to the gardens below with an adjacent outside patio. The other double bed of this suite is in the living/dining areas. A beautiful Talavera hand painted tile bathroom from 1950 looks out over the city. Spacious living areas provide comfortable spaces for up to 4 guests. A completely equipped tile kitchen has plenty of light with two large, arched windows opening to the front garden and the back terrace. For those who wish to cook, this great kitchen comes with a gas stove/oven, 2 door refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, juicer, coffeemaker, blender, glasses, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils. Washer/dryer and service area for laundry-no extra cost. The spacious interiors with arched windows and door frames, turned cedar French doors that open to the enclosed terrace, and cathedral ceilings with fan, triple thick brick walls with built-in niches makes this casita in all it´s original Vintage Mexican-style glory, a place to call home in the City of Eternal Spring. A few steps away is the pool area with majestic palms and a pool house with tables, chairs and BBQ/smoker makes alfresco dining possible year round. Personalized service with full-time staff to attend to everything. Located in an upscale neighborhood of Bellavista which is centrally located with the major avenue for Cuernavaca, Ave. Emiliano Zapata only 1.5 blocks away. The Historical Downtown with the Palace of Cortez, the Brady Museum, the Borda Gardens, and the 16th Cent. Cathedral is 5-8 minutes from Villa El Nido. Public transport is available on Ave. Zapata and a radio taxi is 1/2 block from Villas Bellavista. Guest access We have eight houses, each house has its private terrace with table and chairs, some have a hammock. There are beautiful lush gardens surrounding each of the houses, which offers privacy. The pool has a cabin that has a refrigerator, barbecue and ping pong table, it has tables with umbrellas, chairs and lounge chairs. There are also baskets with towels to enjoy this spectacular area. Other things to note We have a mix of long term tenants and monthly guests escaping their winters, families in the summers studying at our most prestigious Spanish language schools in Cuernavaca and vacationers eager to explore the historic Colonial highlands of México, for a rich cultural experience. Villas Bellavista is a 3rd generation family business and is legally registered with the Morelos Tourism Department and the Federal Tax Authorities (SAT), which is required for any and all establishments offering any type of hospitality services. Only with registered establishments are guests fully protected by State and Federal laws which regulate and oversee hospitality establishments. Villas Bellavista has earned from SECTUR the recognition of Distintivo "M" Programa Moderniza 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017-2019. Pets are welcome with a one-time fee-they are guests too!
