Perfect mix of natural idyll and proximity to the Baltic Sea. - For families with children and young people, there are many possibilities in the surroundings of our house: mini golf in Rerik, indoor black light minigolf and horseback riding in Bastdorf, sightseeing flights from the Zweedorf airport, a ride on the Molli steam train between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn, the summer toboggan run in Bad Doberan and the zoos in Güstrow and Rostock. The environment is also not neglected in our well-insulated house. In addition to a solar system for hot water production, our house has energy-saving underfloor heating, a wallbox for your electric car (on request) and we support extensive waste separation. Other things to note Our house, which we have baptized in memory of our family history "Haus Springborn", offers a fantastic view towards the south over huge fields and small forests. "Pure nature" is no exaggeration here: in the field in front of the terrace, deer, deer and hares cross over and over again in the evening, often less than 50 meters from the house. There are also numerous bird species in and in front of our property. In autumn and winter, cranes settle permanently in the field in front of the house. And in the directly adjacent grove, a couple of milane nests every year.
