On the first floor, two bedrooms plus a den, 2 full bathrooms, a screened in porch, deck and full size washer/dryer await your arrival. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, and adjoining full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered deck overlooking the marsh and tidal creek. The second bedroom has a queen with twin bunk above, another full bathroom. The den has a pull out queen sleeper sofa and has a large TV. Sliding glass doors leading to the screened in porch. On the second floor is the main living area in order to maximize the wonderful view over the marsh. The great room has spacious, cathedral ceilings, a flat screen high definition TV, hardwood flooring and new furnishings. Off the living area is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, high definition TV, and a full bathroom with an extra large shower.
