Guests can enjoy a king, two queens and 1 full sided bed. Each of these bedrooms has a fan, luggage holder and furniture so you can spread out. Two queens, 1 Twin *Per request of former tenants* In addition to the comfortable and convenient bedrooms, our vacation home features smart TVs throughout the house with FireTV and high speed internet. Feel free to login and enjoy your favorite shows. Additionally, for those rainy days, we also added board games to help make memories with the family. Guest access Full access to half of the house unless you book the whole house. If you'd like to book the entire house, then notify me and we can check the calendar. Additionally, guests have full access to the property. The lawn has two chests with beach games/activities and the other chest has lawn based activities. No pools allowed or fire-pits. 4. Sheets will be provided but many guests bring their own, which is fine. 5. Towels are not provided. 6. This is a beach house and there is sand. We kindly ask that you wash your feet on the lawn with the provided hose. 7. Board games and yard games are provided to some extent to help with rainy days. We can't control the rain! 8. Cosmetically, the house is older from the 80s. We plan on updating someday soon, but are trying to keep this as affordable as possible for families. 9. No AC on premises! 10. We have a rental agreement + a refundable deposit to rent the house. This is through a third party website. We typically only accept Airbnb guest if they have at least one review that’s positive.
