Atelier n°1 for 2-6, shared heated pool, in Semur

Our old Atelier has been completely renovated to create a bright modern atmosphere, with large windows facing south to let in the sunny rays... We've transformed the interieur with metal bars to provide floor space for the upper level thus creating 2 spacious bedrooms and a shower room. The upper level is reached by a metal staircase from which the whole apartment has been built and designed. The ground floor has a large bedroom and bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and comfy seating area. The space Our Atelier n°1 is newly renovated, south facing and sunny. On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a large bathroom with fitted shower, toilet and basin and all beautifully decorated with cement patterned tiles. The kitchen opens onto the dining area, table and 6 chairs, and the comfy seating area with sofa, chairs, tv, dvd machine and a selection of dvd's. It has a well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, many leisure activities including games and cards, towels and bed linens are freshly laundered and there is lots of information available of sites to visit. It has a private terrasse furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, parasol etc, it is completely enclosed and safe for children. The swimming pool, 10m x 4m, is flat bottomed so a maximum depth of 1m50, great for playing ball games. It has wooden decking with sun loungers and plenty of space to relax....it is shared with Atelier n°2 apartment. The pool is open for use from the end of May, but possible from mid May weather permitting, please ask when you book. The wooden barrel exterior sauna can be used most of the year except in the height of summer when it's very hot. Guest access The Atelier n°1 is for the guests entire use. Other things to note We can organise morning deliveries of fresh bread and croissants, pass your orders the day before and we’ll deliver the following morning. We can provide a travel cot for a small child, please ask when booking. Dogs are welcome to our property, the private garden is enclosed for their safety. Supplements can apply so please let me know if you intend to bring animals with you. We have some free range chickens, if you would like to buy some eggs please let me know.
