Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, 6 person dining room table, master bedroom with a king bed, and an upstairs sleeping loft with two queens. The sofa in the living room adds additional space and has 3 full recliners. We also have an air mattress if needed. It is beautiful and cozy! This cabin is on 12 private acres on the same road as Kyle Field. Texas A&M University is about 18 minutes away and 8.6 miles from Santa's Wonderland! You will have the cabin to yourself along with the hot tub. The cabin is barely visible from our driveway. Please know that we do not allow pets ($500 fine). This is a non-smoking place, anyone smoking inside the cabin will be issued a $500 fine. Smoking outside the cabin is allowed. There is a surveillance camera outside to ensure the safety and security of our property and guests. The camera only monitors our driveway to see who is coming and going. We rarely allow events or parties. Please be sure you have ASKED PERMISSION beforehand if this is something you are planning or want to do, please contact us. If APPROVED, a fee will be assessed.
