This will include the 4-car driveway, private backyard, and patio, including new BBQ grill, pergola, hot tub, and fire pit. Please do not park in the asphalt drive on the east side of the home. This is reserved for access to a private work studio we have on the property. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with one exterior doorbell camera. The camera is exterior only. There is a private work studio on the property, no guest access to this studio. You will find that it is fenced off from the rest of the backyard- to ensure privacy for all.
