Our lovely, downstairs apartment sleeps 4 in a double bedded room with en-suite and in a twin bedded room with family bathroom. It has broadband internet, air conditioning, Smart TV and DVD player. There are 3 beautiful patios front, side and rear with comfy wicker furniture and an outdoor 4 seater dining suite on which to enjoy the sun, dine al fresco and while away the romantic moonlit evenings. It is ideally situated next to a large, unusually shaped pool and has views to the sea. The space Our lovely apartment is located on the new complex of Hilltop, Safa Köy just outside of Boğaz fishing village. It is a downstairs apartment and is ideally situated right next to the large, unusually shaped pool which is by far the best pool on the complex. The apartment's location is ideal as it is 5 minutes drive to the idyllic Boğaz fishing harbour with its bars, restaurants, garage, supermarket and cash points. It is near to many beaches offering everything from unspoilt isolation right up to busy beaches offering sunbeds and beach activities. Twenty five minutes away is the large bustling town of Famagusta offering loads of antique sites, bars, restaurants and shopping. To the North East is the untamed area of the Karpaz Peninsula; the 'pan handle' is truly unspoilt with fantastic country drives and deserted beaches. Guest access The apartment is located in open countryside on the new complex of Hilltop, Safa Köy. Safa Köy is 5 minutes drive from the fishing harbour of Boğaz with bars, restaurants, garage, supermarket and cash points. There are many beaches nearby ranging from unspoilt providing no facilities at all to those offering sunbeds and jet skis. Bogaz is 25 minutes North of the town of Famagusta which has plenty of historic environment sites, bars restaurants and shopping.. The Safa Köy complex has a communal pool and sunbathing area if you fancy a change from our pool and a really smart restaurant-bar-coffee-shop which offers internet access and lays on musical entertainment evenings and BBQs through the main season. You are booking our entire apartment which we use for our own holidays. This includes the lovely lounge-kitchen-diner which leads out through patio doors onto the large rear balcony. The lounge is air conditioned and has broadband internet, TV, Satellite, a selection of DVDS and a paperback book swap. The kitchen has everything that you will need for self catering including washer, dryer, all cooking utensils, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, iron, even a cool box. The balcony has views to the sea and also overlooks the fantastic pool. It has a 4 seater dining table for al-fresco dining and also a comfy 4 seater wicker seating suite with coffee table for whiling away the moonlit evenings. The airy master bedroom has patio windows out to the front balcony which is shady. It is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan, it has loads of wardrobe space and a really comfy double bed. The room has an en-suite bathroom with loo, basin and a thermostatically controlled rainfall shower. The bright twin bedroom has two single beds, is air conditioned and has patio doors out onto the front balcony. It has loads of wardrobe space which holds the selection of children's boards games. The family bathroom has a loo, basin and a thermostatically controlled rainfall shower over the full size bath.
