Beautiful house on the seafront

The space Comfortable, modern (award winning architectural design) and cozy house in a small condo on the seafront on the beach of Guaratuba, 120 km from São Paulo (12 km after the Riviera de São Lourenço beach), 100 m from the river Guaratuba, in a totally preserved rainforest area. There are four suites with balcony, all with air conditioning, facing the sea, spacious living room integrated with balcony, barbecue, fireplace, toilet, kitchen, two large fridges, washer and dryer machine, maid's room and bathroom, garage for four cars. The beach is one of the most beautiful and quiet of the whole northern coast of São Paulo: it is flat, is 7 miles long and throughout the range of the sea there are only houses and lots of green area of rainforest.
