Apartment (75 sqm) with private terrace The space The newly renovated vacation apartment is located in a two-family house in the basement and offers an exit with its own terrace to the quietly situated garden with its own garden area and lawn for sunbathing. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a floor-level walk-in wellness shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (including a fully automatic coffee machine) and invites you to linger at a cozy dining table with four seats. The adjoining living room is very bright thanks to the nearby patio door, and a comfortable cozy couch with a large flat-screen TV makes the evenings exceptionally comfortable. In addition, the guest can have two separate bedrooms and use a reserved parking space in front of the house, as well as free WiFi and covered bicycle storage, free of charge. As the name suggests, the Weininsel vacation apartment is located on an island surrounded by the Main River. Nordheim am Main itself is nestled in one of the largest wine-growing regions in Franconia and, with about 1,000 inhabitants, is characterized by its 46 excellent winemakers. One of them is the Reichert winery, which furnished this wonderful vacation apartment in the basement of a beautiful two-family house in 2021. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village, and in about 100 meters you are in the middle of the vineyard and at wonderful viewpoints. It's also just a few meters to the town itself. There you will find numerous restaurants, pubs, a bakery and several wine shops. In Volkach (5 km) you will find all the shopping facilities as well as stores and leisure facilities. The Mainstrand beach invites you to swim and the historic ferry takes you to the other side of the Main toward Würzburg (about 27 km).
