It consists of a living room with a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a couch and a TV made smart with a Xiaomi TV stick, enabling you to use the streaming platforms of your choice with your accounts. There is also a dining table with two chairs. On the mezzanine you'll find the sleeping area with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, and the kitchenette all necessary equipment for preparing hot (or cold) drinks and even a simple meal. The door and windows open on the building's inner courtyard, so despite being in the city centre, the apartment is still quiet and calm. There is also air conditioning, which can also be used for heating when the season requires. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message me for details).
