Super clean, good Wi-Fi & hosts ready to help you The space We are on the third floor of the Mwangani Apartments. - All bedrooms, the living room & balcony offer stunning acute sea views - 2 spacious bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. - 1 guest full bathroom. - Wi-Fi available throughout the listing - Balcony with seating area perfect for sunsets and sharing a drink. - Fully equipped kitchen with all basic necessities to whip up a delicious meal. -We have a cool entertainment bar cart on wheels. Guests bring drinks from all over the world, you too can represent your country & taste spirits from other countries! There is A/C & fans throughout the listing. The apartment has a modern-traditional design, and a functional layout practical for guests traveling with family. Guest access -Community swimming pool about 7mins away on foot & open from 7am to 6:30pm -Free parking down the building - Laundry lines on the roof top for drying clothes, (an extra rack available in the apartment for when the lines are full/ for your convenience), or if you prefer to hang your clothes in one of the balconies in the apartment. Other things to note 1. We organise pick up & drop offs to the airport/port at $20 per trip. (Toyota Alphard 7 seater) 2. Early check in or late checkout is subject to availability. Please book the day before supposed check in and or the day after supposed check out if you will have early/ very late travel itinerary to avoid being stressed. 3. For long term stays of 28days and more, the reservation will not include bills i.e water & electricity. House Quirks? Just a few! 1. Water sometimes goes out for an hour in the morning hours then comes back due to water pressure. If this happens, call me to alert property management. 2. We live in a very lush green environment, and sometimes we have little green guests 😋 (geckos). They are harmless, keep all shutters closed to keep them at bay. 3. The building does not have an elevator, this was designed purposely to promote healthy-fit living. 4. There is construction going on next to our building and it can be noisy in the day time. Everything stops after 5pm and in the weekends.
