Vacation home "Haus Rita" with balcony

Our cosy holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our house. It offers sleeping facilities for 4 people. The space 1 double bed in the large bedroom and 2 single beds in the small bedroom. The 4 beds are equipped with comfort mattress toppers! The bed linen is provided by us. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pots, glasses etc. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher etc. The cosy dining area in the kitchen offers space for eating, drinking and much more. A balcony offers the opportunity to have breakfast, eat, drink coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. You can reach the balcony directly from the holiday flat, access is via the kitchen and living room, and you can also enjoy pleasant, relaxing hours on the settee. In the living room there is a small, free library with reading material if required. In the upholstered corner, which can be adjusted several times for increased comfort, there is the possibility to watch TV, chill out or anything else. The couch also has a bed function, which means that an additional 2 people can sleep if necessary! The bathroom has a view of the garden. Equipped with WC, bathtub and shower, plenty of hand/bath towels and shower mats are provided, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror are available, as well as soap and bath additive. The holiday flat also has a separate WC. The house is in a quiet location, but still centrally located! Hiking trails and cycle paths are in the immediate vicinity, as well as bus connections. In the village there is a good butcher, beverage market and a bakery with village shop, supermarkets about 3 km away! Also a doctor and dentist. Good food and a Bavarian snack - all this is offered in the immediate vicinity in several pubs, but also a well-established pizza service spoils the guest. A sunbathing lawn in a beautiful garden with loungers, table and chairs invites you to relax. In the garden there is a rustic fireplace where, for example, after a day's hiking, you can round off a wonderful day's holiday with a barbecue and the romance of a campfire. Riedlhütte also offers interesting sights that are within easy walking distance. For example the glass garden and gold panning site. Parking is available directly in front of the house. If you are travelling with bicycles, our garage is at your disposal. We look forward to your visit.
