The stunning prow-style roof ensures floor to ceiling views that will take your breath away. Slide open the door to the modernized deck and enjoy the mountain air. LOFT Take the stairs up to the loft and find the best views in the house. Cozy up to watch a movie on our TV (with Apple TV), or take advantage of the windows and curl up with a book in our leather side chairs. DINING ROOM Our mid-century modern table has seating for 8 people and has plenty of room to share a meal or play a game. KITCHEN Our kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer so you can stock up on all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay. Take advantage of our gas stovetop and oven and enjoy ample counterspace to prepare a meal. Our dishwasher ensures that you’ll spend more time relaxing and less time cleaning. You’ll have access to a pot coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, waffle maker, full size blender, and microwave. Our kitchen is stocked with a frying pan, sauce pan, stock pot, grill pan, pizza pan, and baking sheets. Don’t feel like cooking? Don’t worry - our kitchen also includes take out menus, a bottle opener and wine glasses. Bedroom #1 and Bathroom #1 This bedroom is located on the main floor of the house and features a queen-size bed and large closet. Need to get work done? This room features a desk and chair, so take advantage of the wi-fi and work from our mountain retreat. A full bathroom is only steps away in the hall. Bedroom #2 This bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen-sized bed and large closet. Bedroom #3 This bedroom is located downstairs and features two sets of twin-sized bunk beds. Great for kids or adults, the more the merrier! A welcoming reading nook is right across the hall. Bathroom #2 This full bathroom is located downstairs and will be shared for bedrooms #2 and 3. Guest access Our driveway is a semi-circle with direct access to the home. Can accomodate 2-3 vehicles depending on size. Other things to note - This is a cabin in a wooded neighborhood. It is not a hotel, and it is also not brand new. You can expect some features to have some wear and tear from normal use. - Driving to the area may be affected by snow and or foggy weather depending on the time of the year; be aware that chains or 4-wheel- drive may be required. - Going up/down stairs is required to access the property. - Our driveway serves as the only available parking on the premises, conveniently located in front of the home. No street parking is allowed. - The cabin does not have central air conditioning. During summer months, we provide rolling AC units in each bedroom, and a wall unit in the living room. - We are located on Shenandoah Dr. It’s not a particularly busy street, but it’s also not completely secluded. There are no sidewalks on our street. - LAKE USE: Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, and guests to our cabin are not entitled to lake access, unfortunately. Nearby Lake Gregory is public, as is Big Bear Lake slightly further away. - PETS: We do allow pets, but we do have a pet fee that’s assessed on a case-by-case basis.
