The apartment is beautiful and absolutely quiet, at the eastern end of the idyllic village of Sagogn which is known as sun-drenched. It offers an unobstructed view of the golf course / cross-country ski trail, over Ilanz to Piz Mundaun. A garden is part of the apartment. The Rhine Gorge is within walking distance and the famous ski resorts Flims / Laax / Falera can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. The ski resorts of Obersaxen and Brigels are also very close. The space The apartment was renovated in 2021 with high-quality materials. It is very spacious with its 110 m² and well equipped. There are two free parking spaces available and immediately in front of it a lockable room to conveniently store and charge skis / sleds / bikes etc. (electrical connection available).
