Because of the hillside you have to go up to the ground floor on steps (see photos). The apartment consists of a whole floor (entire ground floor), on which there is a cozy living / dining room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The space From the dining area you have direct access to the shady terrace behind the house. A bedroom has a private balcony which is oriented to the sea side. There are two ways to turn off your vehicle. One is to park your vehicle in one of the public parking lots (these are not always available). The second way to safely park your vehicle is to rent a parking space in the garage of the house.
